Return to the Academy

Your choice. Your learning.

Academy registration is optional. You can access all course lessons, activities and assessments without providing a name or email address.

When you register

Jay Get It collects your first name, email address, selected course interest, marketing choice, registration time and the notice version shown to you. Registration is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure in Jay Get It’s account. It records interest in a course; it does not establish your identity, employment, assessment score or completion.

How the information is used

Jay Get It uses registrations to manage the Academy learner list and understand interest in its courses. Learning updates, new-course announcements and relevant offers require the separate optional marketing checkbox. It is unchecked by default. Registration alone is not marketing consent. No confirmation email or automated email sequence is currently sent by this form.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, removal or an end to marketing messages by contacting [email protected]. Include the email used to register; do not send passwords, account numbers or customer records. Registering again for the same course does not change an existing preference; contact support to update it.

Course responses

The standalone Academy course answers and reflections stay in the open page session and are not submitted by the registration form. The original Bank Teller Fundamentals course can save self-marked progress in your browser, as explained in that course. Registration does not sync or verify progress.

Completion certificates

For the newer standalone courses, a certificate name, practice score, course and preparation date are held in your browser’s session storage when you prepare a certificate. They are not sent to Jay Get It by this feature and do not create a verified training record. Close the browser session to clear them according to your browser’s settings.

Other services

Cloudflare processes requests to host and protect the site and store registration data. Links to YouTube, the blog and other external services have their own privacy practices. Videos linked in the course open on YouTube; they are not automatically loaded as embedded players.
